Shipping Information
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping time may vary due to product availability, when your order is received, and shipping location. The total delivery time includes processing time plus the shipping time. Please allow 7 -14 business days for most deliveries. Items which take longer for delivery are noted in the product description.
Our products ship via UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx, however some packages may be delivered by an alternate carrier. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business Days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Our goal is to deliver your products as fast and inexpensive as possible. We work with a large number of suppliers and many of our items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Orders of two or more items may be delivered in multiple shipments with delivery on different days due to item availability and shipping location. In these instances you will receive multiple tracking numbers via e-mail as the items ship.
Shipping & Handling Charges
We offer FREE Standard Ground shipping on all orders of $200 or more. Please note that there may be handling fees applied for large or oversized merchandise that is excluded from our free shipping policy. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.

Standard Shipping: Please allow 2 to 5 business days in addition to the stated processing time for Standard delivery.
Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO Military Addresses, and PO Boxes
We are unable to ship most of our products to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO / FPO Military Addresses. Please e-mail us to verify if an item can be shipped to military addresses. We do NOT ship any products to PO Box addresses.
International Shipping
Due to licensing restrictions, we are unable to ship internationally.
Oversized Items
Oversized and/or heavy items may incure a shipping & handling surcharge. For certain large and/or heavy products, a special shipping and handling fee may apply. The product description will indicate any additional charges for these items.
Backordered Items
Occasionally, an item may be backordered and will not be available for shipping within the normal time listed for that product. If this is the case, we contact you, provide you with an estimate of availability for the backordered item, and ask you how you wish us to fulfill your order.
Out of Stock Items
We do our best to keep products current. Should you order an item that we determine is permanently out of stock, we will contact you to select another item or we will issue a refund for the out of stock item.
Ownership of goods is transferred to the customer upon shipment by Husker City.
