Returns & Exchanges
Damaged/Incorrect Merchandise Procedures: Husker City must be notified within 2 days of receipt of any damaged merchandise to obtain an RMA and instructions on how to return the item. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.
Returns can be made on undamaged products within 14 days of item receipt. All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number or they will not be accepted. Please contact us to obtain an RMA and return instructions. No Returns will be accepted without prior approval and a Return Authorization Number.
A 10% restocking fee may be assessed on all returned items. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns must be received in original packaging (whenever possible), with all original tags attached, and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. In addition items must not be worn, used, washed, or otherwise damaged. If an item is not returned in it's original condition, NO refund will be given.
We suggest you INSURE RETURN PACKAGE, since we are not responsible for items broken in shipment. If items are broken, NO refund will be given.
Orders that receive free shipping due to the Free Ship Promotion, may get charged for shipping if customer returns any portion (or entire order) of the purchase which causes amount to fall below required Free Ship amount.
NON-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns of an jewelry/headwear (Federal Health regulations) or personalized products.
