Q: I'm not a Nebraska Cornhuskers fan, but I really like one of your products. Do you have them available for any other teams? A: Yes, with most of our products we are able to get the product with the logo of other NCAA, NFL, NHL, NBA, and NASCAR teams. Please Contact Husker City with the Product SKU and the team logo you are interested in. If we have it we'll add it to our store just for you!
Q: I'm nervous about ordering online, do I have to place my order online?
A: Ordering online is 100% secure and convenient. All orders are processed on a secure server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and are guaranteed for safety. For your time and convenience, as well as ours, we recommend that you complete your order online. We offer several payment options and will accept mail orders, however mail orders will significantly delay the delivery time of your order.
Q: How do I pay for my order? A: Husker City accepts major credit and debit cards, eChecks via PayPal (payment directly from your checking account), and money orders. Please refer to Husker City's Payment Methods for more information.
Q: Will I be charged Sales Tax on my purchase? A: State and local sales tax will be applied to orders delivered to the state of Nebraska. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Certificates and food items.
Q: Do you have gift certificates? A: Yes! Online Gift Certificates can be ordered in increments starting at $25.00. They are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address. Since we currently only ship within the United States, the recipient must also have a valid shipping address in the United States. The recipient of an Online Gift Certificate will receive an e-mail with a Gift Certificate Code redeemable only at www.huskercity.com. Please note that you cannot purchase an Online Gift Certificate with another Online Gift Certificate. Our system does not allow gift certificates to be combined on a single purchase, please contact us if you wish to combine multiple gift certificates.
Q: Can you send me a catalog? A: In an effort to reduce our costs and pass the savings on to our customers we only display our products on our web site and do not offer a printed catalog.
Q: Why does shipping take longer for some items? A: Many of our products are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. In many cases, Nebraska Cornhuskers merchandise are custom made with the Nebraska Huskers logo on them, thus some of our manufacturers must put the logo on the product before they are able to ship it to you. Most manufacturers are able to create your product within 2 weeks. However, FanMats and some lighting products can take 20-25 days before shipping. For your convenience, we have indicated any special shipping periods on the applicable products.
Q: Why do some items not have a picture displayed so I can see what they look like? A: We apologize for the inconvenience. We are doing our best to make images available for all of our products. If there is a particular product you would like to see, please Contact Husker City and we will try to email you a picture right away.
Q: What if I need to change or cancel my order? A: If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order, please Contact Husker City via e-mail or contact us via phone at 308-532-7387 by 9:00 a.m. CST the following business day. We are unable to cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. ALL packages that are refused at delivery will incur the original shipping charge, in addition to a $20.00 RETURN PROCESSING FEE.
